Sessions covered key topics including psychological first aid, recognizing signs of emotional strain, providing empathetic support, and connecting individuals with available resources for further assistance. The course sought to build a cadre of specialized volunteers ready to respond promptly and effectively, ensuring psychological support is available at critical moments.<\/p>\n<p>On the sidelines of the programme, Ms. Muyssar S. Awadhalla, Head of the Health Awareness and the Blood Bank Committees at BRCS, emphasized that the Society views mental health as an integral part of overall well-being, and noted that this course was introduced to strengthen volunteers\u2019 ability to address the psychological needs of crisis-affected individuals.<\/p>\n<p>Ms. Muyssar S.
