In line with the implementation of the directives of His Royal Highness Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa, the Prime Minister, and Cabinet’s Resolution No. 1-2222 that includes sending financial and material aids as part of the Kingdom of Bahrain’s contribution to assist the victims of the floods, have recently swept through the Republic of Sudan, through establishing coordination between the Ministry of Justice and Islamic Affairs and Endowments with the Bahrain Red Crescent Society (BRCS) to secure the arrival of the aids.
Secretary-General Dr. Fawzi Abdullah Amin and General Manager Mubarak Khalifa Al-Hadi from Bahrain Red Crescent Society met with Ambassador Abdullah Ahmed Osman of the Republic of Sudan to the Kingdom of Bahrain to coordinate on sending the aids to the flood victims there.
The meeting discussed establishing coordination with the Sudanese Red Crescent Society and the competent authorities in Sudan to speed up sending the aids as soon as practical.
The Sudanese Ambassador extended thanks and gratitude to HRH Prime Minister and to the people of Bahrain for their fraternal stand.
