A part of its social responsibility, Bahrain Red Crescent Society has engaged within the St. Christopher school annual conference ChrisMUN 2014, representatives of BRCS entitled to Ms. Zainab Zayer the accountant & Mr. Isa Dughaim Information Sources coordinator.
The opening ceremony took place on Sep 26th 2014, at St. Christopher’s promises, the Master of Ceremony Ms. Hemangini lead the summit & presented the main speakers;

Present the overall well done & prepared preparation of the ChrisMUN 2014 thanking the working team from students teachers supporters and participants.
• Mr. Victor Smirnov- Ambassador of the Russian federation
Presented the idea behind participating the UN model conference & highlighted reasons behind the how important it is for young & youth to be aware of what’s going around the globe & ways to impact.

Presented BRCS establishment & its activities. Introduced the BRCS’s Warm Heart’s Campaign to support the Syrian refuges, & how the participants will be enable to participate within the campaign.
The ChrisMUN 2014, which represent the Model United Nations (MUN) a conference aims to educate the delegates & participants about current events, topics in the international relations, diplomacy & the united nation’s agenda.
Participants, which are students from all over Bahrain schools, comes together & debate though a UN model of debate highlighting the current affairs & expressing their desire for the public speaking. It is indeed a place for everyone to define the opinion of the country they are representing during course of the fruitful debate, discussing current affairs from the use of child soldiers to the maritime border disputes.
ChrisMun 2014 was a different conference among the previous once, as this year conference intends to get involved with the social activity & support the Syrian refuges campaign which is held by Bahrain red crescent society.
A fundraising activity has been organized to support the Warm Heart’s campaign through direct donation & through the magical mugs at St. Christopher’s school.
The visit ended with a walkthrough to the debate councils, Debating & standing for the cause, to support the Syrian refugees.
