Bahrain Red Crescent Society has announced that 4138 low-incoome Bahraini families will receive Ramadan aid.
BRCS will start distributing aid to families next April ahead of the holy month. BRCS will announce dates of distribution to 73 areas across Bahrain later.
BRCS General Director Mubarak Al Hadi stressed keenness on delivering aid to needy families, expressing his appreciation to Society’s social services committee, volunteers and members for their efforts.
He said that BRCS committees are working hard to reach out to needy families and meet their requirements, based on a set of criteria accumulated over more than 40 years of dedicated charity work.
BRCS urges all, including private companies, institutions, individuals and well-wishers, to come forward and support the campaign to help needy families during Ramadan.
