A delegation from the Bahrain Red Crescent Society (BRCS) visited the Hidd’s Quarantine Center in a gratitude gesture to the frontline workers during Eid holidays for their tireless efforts to tackle COVID-19 on the one hand, and to stress the importance of continuing the commitment of citizens and residents to the precautionary measures of the pandemic on the other hand.
The Society’s delegation toured the center’s departments to witness the center’s residents’ quality services within the framework of the Kingdom of Bahrain’s prominent efforts to prevent the COVID-19 virus and break its chain of spread.
The delegation of the Society was proud that several of the Bahraini Red Crescent volunteers currently working as volunteers in the front rows of many quarantines and sanitary isolation centers, including two volunteers in the quarantine center in Hidd, which reflects the determination and courage of the Bahraini volunteers and their experiences in dealing with various types of emergencies and crises within the framework of humanitarian work.
During the visit, the delegation of the Red Crescent honored the frontline heroes, the first line of defense from the volunteers and workers at the Quarantine Center in Hidd city, in addition to their colleagues in the quarantine center in Juffair who attended this ceremony. The Society’s delegation also gave motivational, encouraging, and expressive words for their brothers in the front rows, in a pleasant atmosphere characterized by affection and solidarity.
On the other hand, the media team at the center, led by media coordinator Jalal Kazim Al-Mahfoudh, organized a group of events accompanying the meeting and distributed souvenirs to the audience in a warm atmosphere.
The delegation of the Red Crescent Society included Miss Maysar Al Sabri, Head of Health Awareness committee, Dr. Wafaa Ajur, member of the committee, and Mr. Ali Kadhem Head of Public Relations Committee.
